Ladies' golfing activities consist of both competitive and social games which, among others, include the following:

1. Monthly Medals

2. Social 9 - A 9 hole competition held on either of the Nines

3. Club Championship

4. Festive Golf Competitions i.e. the Chinese New Year Golf, Hari Raya Golf & Deepavali Golf competitions.

5. Ladies Interclub Games with Singapore Island Country Club and Sembawang Country Club. The ladies also take part in interclub games arranged by RJCC with clubs within and beyond Johor as well as neighbouring countries, Singapore and Thailand.

RJCC has been organizing the Johor Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship since its inception in 1978. Pulai Springs Resort and Starhill Golf & Country Club have also organized the Open before. The 21 st Johor Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship 2005 was held at RJCC on 1 st and 2 nd of October 2005.

Defending champion, Melissa Loh (handicap 3) from Seletar Country Club retained the Sultanah Nora Challenge Trophy when she carded a 2-day total Gross score of 158 to beat fellow Singaporean Christabel Goh (handicap 6) from Laguna National Golf Club by 2 strokes. The Overall Best Nett winner was Lisa Ge from China who clinched the Tunku Shahariah Challenge Trophy with a 2-day total Nett score of 137, or 7 under.

Her Majesty Sultanah Zanariah , Sultanah Johor graced the Championship with her presence at the Lunch & Prize-Giving Ceremony and also gave away the prizes. A mixed partnership competition was organized on the eve of the championship.
